Injection Moulding & Tooling
The tool shop under Intemo's command started in 2023 but has been in operation since 2014.
Since then, we have composed and supervised the production of around 500 plastic processing tools of various dimensions. Our distinctive specialisation is the design and manufacture of injection moulds for the production of high-tech components, including 1-K and 2-K technologies. Our tools are also dedicated to components with very delicate walls, electronic components and technical components.
Our innovative offering also includes accurate melt flow and mould filling analyses with the CADMOLD tool, enabling us to optimise the production process and ensure the exceptional quality of our products. Our team is focused on providing the highest quality tools, tailored to the unique needs of our customers, and we are proud of our contribution to the growing plastics industry.
Our greatest strength is our team of experienced and highly qualified specialists in the areas of metalworking, injection mould design and construction, CAM programming and project management. Our tool room is equipped with 18 modern CNC machines from renowned manufacturers such as DMG Mori, Makino, Sodick, Chmer Exeron and Fidia. In addition, as part of our research and projects, we have an innovative hybrid machine for selective laser sintering of Matsuura Lumex metals.
Our infrastructure also includes a heat treatment department with a high-pressure gas quenching furnace with a maximum capacity of 1 tonne, a tempering furnace with vacuum rinse capability and ZeroFlow® nitriding technology. This department is additionally equipped to perform carbonitriding and oxidation. In addition, we have a line equipped with an ultrasonic cleaner and a sub-surface spray bath.
To ensure the highest quality of plastic products, our laboratory uses an advanced 3COORD measuring machine with Renishaw software. As part of our services, we are able to carry out processes such as inking, laser welding and engraving, allowing us to carry out complex injection moulding in our tool room, eliminating the need for subcontractors. For our customers, we offer a guarantee on tools made both in our tool shop and in partner tool shops in Poland and abroad.
