Measurements

In order to ensure the highest quality, we use various measurement techniques, including vision inspection of plastic products, including recycled and filled (lignin-cellulose) plastics. The equipment we use can include:

Baty Venture's optical coordinate measuring machine, model VI-3030, which runs on Baty Fusion v30.34 software - The microscope is used to measure workpieces in the 300x300x165 measurement range. It allows fast and repeatable measurements with an accuracy of 0.001mm.

Microscope by Keyence, model IM 6225. It is used for very fast and precise measurements of very small workpieces with an accuracy of 0.001mm. The measuring field of the fi100 microscope with sliding table allows workpieces up to 200mm.

3D scanner from Gom, model Atos Compact Scan. Allows the spatial appearance of workpieces to be obtained. It is used for measuring workpieces with complex geometry. The accuracy of the 3D Scanner is 0.02 mm.

Plastometer model TRP-400A. For determining the melt flow coefficient of plastic.
